   (i) Public Profile. If you select to your Profile ‘public’ Content you Post and your Profile will be viewable by the public and other Users. We make every effort to prevent undesired disclosure of Content or Personal Data. However, we are not responsible for how others may use Content or Personal Data that is disclosed by you to Users or third parties using our Services.

   (ii) Private Profile. However, you also have the option to make your Profile ‘private’. Any Content that you make public is searchable by other Users and third parties and subject to use by others. If you elect to make your Profile ‘private’, then your Profile and the Content you Post will not viewable by anyone other than us and you. To change your privacy settings on the Services, please change your Profile settings. Once you have Posted Content or made it public, that Content may be re-shared by others.

   (b) You may choose whether to receive from us emails containing offers and promotions for our products and services, or products and services that we think may be of interest to you. At any time, you may opt out of receiving such offers and promotions by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link that appears at the bottom of every email.
   (c) You may request access to the Personal Data we hold about you and that we amend or delete it and we request third parties with whom we have shared the information do the same.

   (d) The Services may allow you to use the Services or a third party application on your Device invite other Users and/or third parties to view your Location Data on the Services or a Linked Site. If you use such functionality of the Services, then you should use caution when determining to whom you want to make your Location Data available. If you choose to Post an invitation to view your Location Data on third party Social Media Accounts, then, depending on the privacy settings of your Social Media Accounts, it is possible that persons in addition to those to whom you intended to invite to view your Location Data could have access to such information. Accordingly, you should use caution when making such an invitation via third party Social Media Accounts and you should carefully review the privacy practices of such Social Media Accounts.

   (e) If you remove information, Personal Data, or Content that you Post to the Services, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Services, or if other Users or third parties copied or saved that information.

5. Children’s Privacy.
   We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Should we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to immediately delete it.
6. Security of Your Personal Information.
   We exercise care and prudence in protecting the security of Personal Data provided to us. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Someone may see or edit your Personal Data if that person gains access to your Profile.

7. Your Profile.
   Users may review and update Personal Data by logging into their Profile. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as password and username, before granting access to any Personal Data. If your Profile is terminated by you or us, we will remove your name and other Personal Data from our publicly viewable database. If you close your Profile, we have no obligation to retain your information, and may delete any or all of your Profile information without liability. However, we may retain Content related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse or for our business purposes, as determined by us. We may also retain and use your Content if necessary to provide Services to other Users. We disclaim any liability in relation to the deletion or retention (subject to the terms of this Policy) of Content or any obligation not to delete the Content and you release us from liability in relation to the deletion or retention (subject to the terms of this Policy) of Content or any obligation not to delete the Content.

14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
    – How To Return An Item:
    Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

    Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
    – Return Exceptions:
    Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    – Restocking Fee:
    All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
    – Exchanges:
    If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

15. Shipping Policy
    – Turnaround
    All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
    USPS UPS
    FedEx DHL
    – Order Tracking:
    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
    – Shipping Rates
    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
    -Back Orders
    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

16. Privacy Policy
    This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

    What information do we collect? We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.     Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

17. Refund Policy:
    All transactions are final. No refunds will be processed. In the event of a billing error, please contact hello@ashleymwilliams.com within 3 business days.

    Pricing:
    Standard services are provided per client per project. Adjustments will be made for unique circumstances on a case by case basis.
    Delivery:
    Services are typically billed in arears. When advance payment is required, services will be rendered within 7 business days of payment receipt.
